Hidden job market is defined as those jobs not publicized or posted and supposedly make up at least 85% of all available jobs. These jobs are supposed to be approached by networking, hoping you’ll ultimately meet someone who knows someone who will connect you with somebody who can hire you. In reality there is no such thing as a hidden job market and everything you want or need to get your dream job is actually right in front of you, or in available sources. It may seem hidden because you don’t know it is there or you don’t understand how to go about using it.
