Before going to an interview, be sure that you have analyzed yourself and your performance in the past. For instance, you should have a brief description prepared including how your friends or colleagues perceive you. Take note of the experiences you had in college and pinpoint the one you love the most. Highlight your leadership skills. But at the same time, be mindful of your mistakes. You should be able to know where you have to improve on and what progress you have made so far. Most of all, you should be able to connect all these to the reason why you are perfect for the job you are applying for.
