Knowing about yourself is one step in the whole interview process. Be sure that you also know how you are as a worker. You should be able to identify on what circumstances you work best (noisy or calm). Observe how you have been in the past: do you prefer working in a group or would you rather work alone? Working conditions vary so be sure to compare how you work under a deadline that is only a few days away as opposed to a month away. Take note of how you perform as a member and as a leader. Finally, make it a point to explain why you want to get the job in the first place.
